Ava Neshov earned her Bachelor’s degree in Business Management and Global Supply Chain from Wayne State University. With a background in retail and management, she brings strong organizational and leadership skills to her role as she begins her career in the mortgage industry.

Eager to grow and learn, Ava is passionate about building relationships and delivering excellent service. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling and discovering new places, always seeking opportunities to broaden her experiences.
