Giana Schneider began her career in the real estate industry in 2020, working as a Transaction Coordinator before transitioning into the mortgage field. She first joined the appraisal desk, where she quickly developed a strong understanding of the lending process, and later advanced into processing—bringing both efficiency and care to every file she handles.

Originally pursuing a degree in nursing, Giana has always had a passion for helping others, a quality that continues to define her professional approach. She takes pride in providing a smooth and supportive experience for clients and teammates alike.

Outside of work, Giana is a proud new mom to her three-month-old son. She enjoys spending time with her family and her two dachshunds, Winston and Theodore—often taking them all on walks and finding new experiences to share together. She also loves attending concerts and enjoying dinner outings with friends.
