Gracia Nzunga brings a global perspective and a deep commitment to helping others to his work in the mortgage industry. Born in Central Africa to American missionary parents and raised in the Caribbean, he spent a decade serving communities in Haiti before attending high school in the Bahamas and later moving to the U.S. to study Business Administration—where he also played collegiate soccer.
Driven by his lifelong commitment to helping others, Gracia found a natural fit in mortgage lending. He has developed extensive knowledge of loan guidelines and products, including VA, FHA, HELOCs, and a wide range of conventional loans. His multicultural background and deep appreciation for community service shape the care and attention he brings to every client relationship.
Fluent in five languages—English, French, Creole, and two African dialects—Gracia ensures that every borrower feels understood and supported throughout the loan process. Outside of work, he enjoys playing guitar, learning salsa, hiking in cool weather, and watching sports.
