Hello,
I'm Shaquoyah Thomas
Compliance Disclosure Desk
Hello, welcome to my page.

Shaquoyah Thomas brings over 23 years of experience in the mortgage industry, with expertise spanning both servicing and origination. For the past six years, her career has been rooted in compliance, where she has excelled as a Disclosure Desk Analyst while also holding roles such as Senior HMDA Coordinator and Senior Compliance Specialist. Earlier in her career, she built a strong foundation on the servicing side through positions including Senior New Loan Setup Analyst, Senior Insurance Coordinator, Senior REO Billing Specialist, and Vendor Oversight.

A graduate of the University of Louisiana at Monroe, Shaquoyah has made the Dallas–Fort Worth area her home for the last 15 years. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling and spending quality time with her family. She shares her home with two beloved dogs, Bruce Wayne and Queenie, and can often be found bowling or playing pool—even if she admits she’s better at enjoying the games than winning them.
