He attended Arizona State University and began his career in financial services in 2015, starting as a Series 7 certified Financial Advisor before advancing through roles that include Mortgage Loan Officer and Assistant Senior Vice President.

Simone attributes his success to a steadfast commitment to putting clients first, staying ahead of industry changes, and earning the trust of those he serves. His broad experience allows him to confidently structure optimal mortgage solutions aligned with each client’s unique financial goals. Simone has worked across a wide range of loan types, including conventional financing, HELOCs, HELOANs, FHA, VA, USDA home purchases and refinances, as well as reverse mortgages.

Simone resides in Mesa, Arizona with his wife, son, and dog. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his family, cheering on his son at sporting events, golfing, and dirt biking.
