Troy Miller brings over two decades of experience in the mortgage industry, having built a career that spans a wide range of roles including Certified Appraiser’s Assistant, Mortgage Processor, Loan Officer, and most recently, Elite Mortgage Loan Coordinator. With more than 16 years in a senior-level coordination role, Troy has been a vital part of high-performing teams, including a standout year in 2021 when his team funded over $250 million in loans.

Known for his deep industry knowledge and dedication to excellence, Troy combines technical expertise with a passion for helping clients navigate the home financing process with confidence and ease.

Outside of his professional life, Troy is a devoted father to three incredible adult children. His love for sports has been a major part of family life, from traveling across the country to support his son’s baseball and daughter’s softball games, to now cheering on his youngest daughter in her collegiate softball career.

An avid golfer and bowler, Troy once competed as a regional bowling professional in the Northwest. His passion for athletics also extends to the basketball court, where he proudly coaches high school girls basketball. Whether traveling, coaching, or simply spending time with loved ones, Troy lives life with heart, commitment, and a genuine love for the people around him.
