He earned a Bachelor of Science in Business of Film, a Master of Science in International Business, and an MBA from the University of Miami, equipping him with a well-rounded foundation in business strategy, global markets, and leadership.

Before entering the mortgage industry, Michael built his career in the marine and technology sectors. He led sales and operations for a boat brand, where he was responsible for driving growth, managing day-to-day operations, and delivering a high-quality customer experience. Prior to that, he held multiple sales roles in the tech industry, developing strong skills in client relations, problem-solving, and strategic communication.

Michael brings a results-driven mindset and a commitment to continuous learning as he transitions into the mortgage space, where he is focused on delivering value and building meaningful client relationships.

Born and raised in Miami, Michael comes from a Cuban and Dominican background that has shaped his perspective and work ethic. Outside of work, he enjoys boating, fishing, cooking, and weightlifting. He is also a proud pet owner to two cats, Eevee and Boba.
