Salvatore Martello is an Ignite Loan Officer with more than a decade of experience in sales and finance-related industries. Originally from New York, Salvatore began his professional journey immediately after high school working for a stock trading education company, where he developed a strong foundation in financial principles, communication, and client service.

While attending university in New York City, he simultaneously studied Business Management and Pre-Med, further strengthening his disciplined and well-rounded approach to both life and business. Today, Salvatore brings that same drive, professionalism, and attention to detail into the mortgage industry, where he is committed to helping clients navigate the home financing process with confidence and clarity.

Known for his strong work ethic and community-focused mindset, Salvatore is guided by his active faith and takes pride in mentoring others and making a positive impact both personally and professionally. Outside of work, he is a dedicated fitness enthusiast who enjoys hiking desert trails and swimming. He is currently training to complete an ambitious bucket-list goal: swimming the Strait of Gibraltar from Europe to Africa.
