Bill Scatena grew up in the Northwest suburbs of Chicago. After receiving his bachelor’s degree from Purdue University, he began to use the knowledge he learned in college to take on the mortgage industry. He became a successful loan officer and shortly thereafter took on the role as a sales manager where he was put in charge of the success of his peers.
He has spent the past 19 years in the industry fine tuning his sales and management ability to stay up on all the current guideline changes in the industry. Bill recognizes that each borrower’s situation is different. While the interest rate and the cost are extremely important, he makes sure to give outstanding service in helping clients ensure that the process is smooth, organized, and done in a timely manner.

Bill is a current resident of Paradise Valley, Arizona. When he is not working with clients, he likes to spend time with his two sons and wife. He also likes to stay active by working out and working with a boxing trainer.
