Nick Maffei began his career in finance with one of the nation’s largest banks after attending Arizona State University. After many years in business banking and sales, Nick then decided to take on the mortgage industry and joined one of top 5 mortgage companies in the country where he quickly excelled and became a top national producer. After several years as an Executive Loan Officer he then spent the next 5 years working at a veteran owned and operated bank, working almost exclusively with veterans while managing 5-10 mortgage originators.
Nick brings over 12 years of experience in finance and real estate to Independence Home Loans LLC. With his extensive product knowledge, relationship building expertise, and a straight forward approach, he is able to provide a white glove customer service experience to all his clients. He approaches each situation as a unique scenario and prides himself on thinking outside of the box.
Nick resides in Phoenix, Arizona and outside of his professional life, he enjoys spending time with friends and family. He is an avid sports enthusiast and enjoys boxing, playing basketball, and hiking. He loves to cook and exploring new restaurants in the Phoenix/Scottsdale area.
