Tayvon Shack graduated from Marana High School with honors in 2017 and quickly discovered a passion for combining creativity with meaningful, people-focused work. After exploring a college program, he remained open to new opportunities that aligned with his evolving interests and skill set.

In 2020, Tayvon entered the mortgage industry through a customer service role, where he helped homeowners understand how their loans function after closing. Over the next several years, he developed a strong foundation in mortgage operations, communication, and client support, gaining valuable insight into the full lifecycle of a home loan. This experience ultimately led him to transition into a new role where he continues to grow professionally and make a meaningful impact.

Outside of work, Tayvon enjoys spending time with his two cats and unwinding with movies, gaming, and bowling. He is also a self-proclaimed food enthusiast who loves discovering great places to eat. His curiosity, adaptability, and positive energy carry through both his professional approach and everyday life.
