After graduating from Dobson High School in 2008, Javier quickly developed a strong work ethic and passion for recruiting and sales, launching a career defined by growth, leadership, and performance.

Over the past eight years, Javier has supported many of the nation’s top mortgage leaders through strategic recruiting and staffing, helping to hire, develop, and scale successful teams across sales and operations. His impact has been recognized through numerous accolades, including Recruiter Rookie of the Year, Recruiter of the Year, Account Manager Rookie of the Year, multiple Account Manager of the Year awards (including 2025), multiple Leader of the Year honors, and several President’s Club achievements.

Javier is known for his competitive drive, accountability, and commitment to excellence. He thrives in fast-paced environments and brings a relentless focus on results while maintaining strong relationships built on trust and execution.

Outside of work, Javier has been married for over ten years and is a proud father to two young children. He enjoys spending time with his family, caring for their dog Luan, and channeling his competitive spirit into his love of golf. A self-proclaimed chef, Javier also enjoys creating in the kitchen and takes pride in mastering new challenges – whether at work, on the course, or at home.
