Franchisca Sifuentes brings more than 15 years of diverse customer service experience to her professional career, backed by resilience, adaptability, and a strong commitment to serving others. Her background spans multiple industries, each shaping her ability to remain calm under pressure, communicate clearly, and deliver exceptional support.

She began her career as a security system installation technician with ADT, where she gained hands-on technical experience and developed a strong work ethic—despite conquering tight attic spaces and tall ladders, which she admits were her least favorite part. She later served as a Service Advisor with Caliber Collision, earning Platinum recognition for outstanding customer service and consistently going above and beyond for clients. Franchisca also dedicated three years to the San Antonio Police Department as a dispatcher and qualified trainer for new hires, a role that required composure, precision, and leadership in high-stakes situations.

Across every position, Franchisca has been defined by her reliability, empathy, and ability to guide people through challenging or unfamiliar circumstances with confidence and care.

Outside of her professional life, Franchisca enjoys staying active and embracing the outdoors. She loves snorkeling, attending the rodeo, hiking in national parks, gardening—where she’s proudly growing her first lavender leaves—and practicing Pilates and weightlifting. Though she has a fear of heights, she has gone skydiving twice and loved the experience, a testament to her willingness to push beyond her comfort zone.

Franchisca is the youngest of two siblings and has one older brother. Her parents reside in Texas, where much of her family roots remain. She values family deeply and brings that same sense of loyalty and dedication into both her personal and professional relationships.
