She began her journey as a Loan Officer and transitioned to Operations in 2010 following the birth of her daughter. Ann’s approach to her work is shaped by her commitment to being the processor she wished she had as a Loan Officer—a philosophy that has earned her numerous accolades and the trust of her sales partners. Ann holds an associate degree in computer programming, combining her technical background with her industry experience to deliver efficient and seamless mortgage processes.

On a personal note, Ann is a proud wife of a U.S. Army veteran, celebrating 15 wonderful years of marriage. She is the mother of a 15-year-old daughter who is thriving as a high school freshman. The Moran household is bustling with love, including the care of nine beautiful white double-mane lionhead rabbits, who command much of the family’s attention.
