After relocating to the United States in 2007, he now resides in Cave Creek, Arizona with his wife Jen, their daughter Abby, and their loyal lab mix, Khaya.

Barry’s career began on the baseball field, but it was in the mortgage world where he truly found his calling. From 2012 to 2016, he built a strong foundation as a Licensed Loan Officer, consistently earning recognition as a top producer. In 2016, Barry transitioned into mortgage operations, where his attention to detail, problem-solving mindset, and leadership skills continued to shine.

From managing high-volume pipelines to leading teams of senior processors, Barry has excelled in roles that require both strategic oversight and hands-on expertise. His tenure as Processing Manager from 2020 to 2022 showcased his ability to lead remote teams, optimize workflow efficiency, and deliver exceptional client experiences across all loan types—including Conventional, VA, FHA, Non-QM, and Jumbo products.

Barry’s dedication to teamwork, precision, and client communication has made him a trusted partner for loan officers and borrowers alike. His relentless work ethic and passion for helping families achieve homeownership continue to drive his success.
