Brian Dines is an experienced Operations Manager at Independence Home Loans LLC, with a remarkable 23-year career in the lending industry. He graduated from Schaumburg High School in 1996 and subsequently joined the United States Army Reserve, where he received specialized training as a 63 Bravo light-weight vehicle mechanic. During his time in the military, Brian gained valuable leadership experience and earned commendations for his exceptional service.
In 2000, Brian embarked on his mortgage career, beginning by answering phones and transferring leads to loan officers. Over the course of the next 23 years, he diligently learned and excelled in all positions within mortgage operations. Brian’s diverse experience includes working for one of the nation’s largest banks, as well as several small local banks.
Born in Streamwood, IL, a suburb of Chicago, Brian relocated to Arizona in 2006. He currently resides in Surprise with his wife, two children, and two dogs. During his leisure time, Brian enjoys watching movies, football, cooking, and cherishing moments with his family.
