Hello, welcome to my page.

Casey Cavaliere is a mortgage professional with experience in secondary market operations, bringing a strong foundation in rate lock management, compliance, and loan pricing. She entered the mortgage industry in 2022 as a Lock Desk Analyst, where she developed expertise in processing rate locks, managing rate changes and extensions, and monitoring market movement to support accurate and timely loan execution.

Casey is skilled in pricing loans using rate sheets and pricing engines, ensuring compliance with rate lock policies, and reviewing files to meet all regulatory requirements. She collaborates closely with loan originators, secondary market teams, and operations to help drive loans from application to closing and funding efficiently. Her role also includes communicating with investors, managing change of circumstance updates, and delivering accurate disclosures to borrowers, all while maintaining a high level of organization and attention to detail.

She completed her mortgage education through Mortgage Educators and Compliance and is a graduate of Cardinal O’Hara High School.

Outside of work, Casey is very family-oriented and has been married since 2020. She is a proud mother of two daughters and enjoys spending time with her family, including their dog and leopard-spotted gecko. In her free time, she loves baking, reading, and traveling the world.
