After serving in the Marines, Chadd transitioned into civilian life in Chicago, where he began his career in finance during the height of the 2008 market crash. Working at the Board of Trade as a financial advisor, he gained firsthand experience guiding clients through some of the toughest financial times—a period that strengthened his compassion and deep understanding of people’s financial realities.

Before entering real estate and lending, Chadd also found purpose in the hemp industry, where he helped local farmers across the country establish sustainable, life-changing crops. His leadership in that field gave him a unique perspective on what it means to build long-term value and community impact.
