Her career began in lending operations, where she developed a broad skill set spanning administrative support, lock desk functions, underwriting support, funding, and leadership roles including Acting Closing Manager and Closing Docs Team Lead.

Known for her ability to coach teams, improve workflows, and uphold rigorous compliance standards, Charlene has earned multiple awards for her performance, including Closer of the Month and Closer of the Quarter. Her expertise led to a relocation from Haverhill, Massachusetts to California, where she played a pivotal role in retraining staff and building a new Closing Docs department for a prior organization.

Outside the office, Charlene enjoys reading, attending concerts and theater, and writing. She is a strong advocate for LGBTQ+ rights and is committed to mentoring others within the community.
