Charles Adkins is a driven mortgage professional with a strong foundation in leadership, finance, and client service. A graduate of Towson University in Maryland, he earned his degree in Healthcare Management while competing on the Division I Swim and Dive Team—an experience that instilled in him the values of discipline, focus, and teamwork that continue to shape his career today.

After college, Charles discovered his passion for finance and the mortgage industry, quickly excelling in the FHA and reverse mortgage space as a Senior Loan Officer. His consistent ranking as the top producer year after year led to his promotion as an Assistant Vice President in training, where he was selected to develop and lead his own team of mortgage professionals. Today, as an Executive Loan Officer, Charles continues to deliver exceptional service and personalized financial guidance, helping homeowners achieve their goals with confidence.

Originally from North Carolina and now residing in Richmond, Virginia, Charles enjoys spending his free time outdoors—especially hunting and fishing—with his loyal black lab, Doc, always by his side.
