Hello, welcome to my page.

My name is Chris Floyd, and I am proud to call West Chester, Pennsylvania my hometown. After dedicating four years to active duty in the United States Navy, followed by two years in the inactive ready reserves, I embarked on a new chapter in my life.

In 2014, I graduated from Arizona State University with a bachelor’s degree in sustainable engineering and city planning.

Shortly after graduating, and with bills to pay I unknowingly started what was to become an exciting career path in the mortgage industry.

Coming in with absolutely no experience I was offered a very entry level position as a Junior Loan Officer working for The Federal Savings Bank.

Over the next 9 years I climbed through the ranks, embracing new challenges and opportunities along the way proudly reaching the esteemed title of Senior Vice President, an all-around Office Manager for the #1 producing Region in the entire company, Scottsdale, Arizona.

Throughout my career, I have developed a deep understanding of the mortgage industry, honed my analytical skills, and cultivated meaningful relationships with clients and colleagues.

I am driven by a genuine desire to help change people’s lives & protect the dream of homeownership.

Beyond my professional endeavors I enjoy everything outdoors. I am a beach bum at heart & the proud father to two of the cutest dachshunds, Penny & Tank, and one hyperactive kelpie named Teddy.

I hope to retire in the not-too-distant future having found a beautiful beach home for my wife and I to enjoy part time on the white sands of South Beach, Miami where my grandparents grew up.
