He earned his Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Northern Iowa and has since built a career spanning multiple recruiting roles, including Recruiter, Senior Recruiter, and Account Recruiting Manager.

Throughout his career, Cory has been recognized for consistent excellence, earning nine consecutive President’s Club awards and achieving Million Dollar Club status twice. His approach is rooted in relationship-building, strategic talent acquisition, and a strong commitment to aligning the right people with the right opportunities.

Originally from rural Iowa, Cory relocated to Arizona in 2006 and maintains strong Midwestern values. He leads an active lifestyle and prioritizes daily fitness.
