Recognizing his potential, he was promoted to the role of team lead, excelling in developing and mentoring a team of closing analysts who consistently achieved outstanding results. Craig’s dedication and drive propelled him further up the corporate ladder, and within just three years, he earned the esteemed position of Operations Supervisor. In this role, he successfully managed multiple operational levels and led a team of analysts within the company’s top-performing region.

Beyond his professional endeavors, Craig cherishes his role as a devoted husband and father to his young children. When he’s not immersed in his work, he prioritizes quality time with his family, staying active through workouts, and engaging in friendly basketball games with his friends.
