Gil Arbitsman is a seasoned financial executive with a strong track record of leading finance organizations, driving strategic growth, and optimizing financial operations. With a background in the Big 4, Wall Street, and corporate finance, he has successfully guided companies through complex financial landscapes, enabling scalability and long-term stability. His expertise spans financial strategy, risk management, and data-driven decision-making, helping businesses translate financial insights into impactful outcomes.

Throughout his career, Gil has held leadership roles where he built high-performing finance teams, streamlined operations, and implemented strategic financial frameworks that drove sustained revenue growth. His experience includes overseeing financial planning and analysis, treasury management, and corporate strategy at national mortgage lenders, as well as holding key positions at prominent financial institutions and advisory firms.

Gil earned his B.A. in Economics from Drew University, graduating Summa Cum Laude while serving as a three-year captain of the Men’s Lacrosse Team and earning ESPN Academic All-American honors. A CFA Charterholder since 2011, he was also an active member of the New York Society of Securities Analysts.

Outside of his professional endeavors, Gil is passionate about mentoring and coaching youth sports, engaging with his community, and spending quality time with his family.
