Hunter Margoles graduated with honors from Portland State University, earning a degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing and a minor in Communications. Ranked among the top of his class, he quickly transformed his academic achievements into a thriving career in the creative industry.

For over 15 years, Hunter held senior-level creative roles, including Senior Marketing Director, Senior Graphic Designer, and Senior Art Director. He also founded a full-service creative production agency that partnered with globally recognized brands such as Nike, Urban Outfitters, and the NFL, delivering innovative design and media solutions across industries.

Today, Hunter brings his creativity, strategic mindset, and client-first approach into the mortgage industry. His diverse background enables him to simplify complex processes, foster trust, and craft tailored solutions that make the lending experience both clear and engaging.

Based in Los Angeles, Hunter shares his home with his cat. Outside of work, he enjoys graphic design, photography, fitness, and exploring new adventures—whether hiking in the outdoors, working on creative projects, or uncovering hidden gems around the city.
