Jakob Cain is an Executive Loan Officer who brings experience in client relations, business development, and leadership, primarily within the residential housing industry. After studying Psychology at Arizona State University with an additional focus on Business, Jakob transitioned into mortgage lending in 2026 to pursue his interest in finance and helping individuals navigate important financial decisions. He takes pride in understanding different perspectives and breaking down complex information into straightforward conversations, helping clients feel informed and confident throughout the lending process.

Outside of work, Jakob enjoys studying financial markets, reading about psychology and philosophy, and staying active through hiking, basketball, and weightlifting. A former collegiate athlete and passionate Detroit Pistons fan, he enjoys the competitive spirit of sports and is always looking for ways to challenge himself. One of his biggest goals is to travel the world and experience all Seven Wonders of the World.
