Julie McDougall brings a unique and versatile background to the mortgage industry, with experience spanning trades, entrepreneurship, and client-focused service. After graduating from automotive autobody and mechanics school in 2015, she went on to earn her barber’s license, balancing both while working in the service industry from a young age. Her hard work and determination allowed her to purchase her first home, vehicles, and begin building a life rooted in independence and accomplishment.

Julie began her career in mortgage lending in 2020, quickly developing a passion for helping clients achieve their homeownership goals. With her diverse skill set, strong work ethic, and ability to connect with people from all walks of life, she provides each client with a supportive, straightforward, and solutions-driven approach.

Outside of lending, Julie enjoys interior design, thrifting and restoring vintage furniture, and tackling DIY projects around her home. She also bartends on weekends, loves to cook, and spends time with her two rescue dogs. At the heart of it all, she values family deeply and credits her mom as her best friend and greatest inspiration.
