Katie Breneman is a dynamic professional with a diverse background in both the hospitality and mortgage industries. She graduated from The Pennsylvania State University with a major in Recreation, Park and Tourism Management and a minor in Business. As a Division I field hockey student-athlete at Penn State, Katie’s team won two Big Ten Tournament Championships and two Big Ten Conference Championships. She was also honored as the Big Ten Defensive Player of the Week.

Hailing from Lancaster, Pennsylvania, where she grew up on a dairy farm, Katie relocated to Arizona after graduation and embraced the region’s favorable weather and active lifestyle. Her passion for fitness led her to become a group fitness coach and a 1st Phorm Legionnaire, roles in which she helps others achieve and maintain a healthy lifestyle. Katie enjoys lifting, golfing, hiking, cooking, and spending quality time with her family.

Before transitioning to the mortgage industry, Katie was a Catering Sales Manager in the hospitality sector, specializing in wedding planning. Her exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to identify and meet clients’ needs set her apart in this role. Katie began her mortgage career as an entry-level junior processor and rapidly progressed to a Senior Processor position. She became a top-producing funding processor, achieving best application-to-fund rate conversions, efficient turn times, and receiving Presidents Club recognition.

Katie Breneman’s blend of athletic discipline, hospitality expertise, and mortgage industry success underscores her capability to deliver exceptional results and build meaningful client relationships.
