Meet Krysta Groeper, a Senior Compliance Desk Analyst. After graduating Cum Laude earning a bachelor’s degree in business administration, Krysta began her professional journey in the mortgage industry in 2015. At her previous employment, her ability to analyze processes and improve efficiency within the Compliance Department lead to a rapid rise in the ranks, moving from team lead, to regional manager, to national manager in only six years. With over eight years of experience in mortgage lending, Krysta is seasoned and skilled at using audit-based research to enhance controls and create action plans related to lending compliance.

Born and raised in Illinois, Krysta loves reading and spending time with her husband, son, and two dogs. She one day aspires to grow her own food in a garden – so far, the only success has been tomatoes.
