Luca Mangione is an Executive Loan Officer dedicated to helping clients navigate the home financing process with confidence, clarity, and personalized support. A graduate of Appalachian State University with a bachelor’s degree, Luca brings a driven and client-focused approach to every interaction, prioritizing clear communication and dependable guidance throughout the loan process.

Originally from North Carolina, Luca relocated to Scottsdale after graduating college and has called Arizona home since 2025. His background and strong work ethic help him build meaningful relationships while providing a smooth and professional experience for the clients he serves.

Outside of work, Luca enjoys spending time outdoors, especially through backpacking and camping trips. He is passionate about cars, nature, and staying active, and is a devoted fan of the Carolina Hurricanes and Carolina Panthers. Luca also enjoys spending time with his two-year-old German Shepherd, Enzo, and values staying close with his family, with relatives based in both Scottsdale and New York City.
