Throughout her career, she has been recognized for architecting forward-thinking solutions, modernizing legacy systems, and leading high-performing teams through periods of rapid growth and change.

Michelle has held senior leadership roles overseeing software engineering, loan operations platforms, and enterprise technology strategy for large-scale mortgage organizations. She has led innovation initiatives across loan operations, point-of-sale, origination, and servicing systems, while championing the adoption of robotic process automation and artificial intelligence to streamline operations and deliver measurable business value.

Known for her ability to balance speed and agility with structure and accountability, Michelle is deeply passionate about building and empowering high-performing teams. She believes in establishing a shared strategic vision and delivering continuous, incremental value through a disciplined solution-delivery approach. By aligning people, processes, and technology – and keeping the customer at the center – she focuses on outcomes that are scalable, meaningful, and sustainable.

An Ohio native, Michelle enjoys spending time outdoors camping, hiking, and exploring nature with her family. She cherishes time with her husband, three children, six grandchildren, and two silver Labradors. She is also deeply committed to giving back, actively supporting her community through local service and participating in global mission work.
