Nikki Lascara brings a strong background in customer service and technology to her role in the mortgage industry. Though new to the field, she offers a wealth of experience in client relations, administrative support, and computer-based work, combined with a proven ability to adapt and excel in fast-paced environments.

Originally from Chesapeake, Virginia, Nikki graduated from Oscar Smith High School and pursued college coursework before relocating to Alaska as a military spouse. As the proud wife of an Active-Duty Airman for 17 years (13 of which they’ve been married), Nikki understands the importance of dedication, flexibility, and perseverance—qualities that she applies daily in both her personal and professional life.

Family is at the heart of everything Nikki does. She and her husband are raising two energetic boys, ages 8 and 3, along with their two cherished golden retrievers. A beach lover at heart, Nikki finds joy in spending time by the ocean, a nod to her Virginia Beach roots. Outside of family time, she enjoys crafting with her Cricut, baking, staying active, and embracing her lifelong love of all things Disney—with The Little Mermaid holding a special place as her ultimate comfort movie. A passionate Dallas Cowboys fan, Nikki’s team spirit shines year-round.
