After earning his bachelor’s degree from Ball State University in Muncie, IN, Phil set his sights on excelling in his chosen field.

Starting as a Jr. Closer immediately after college, Phil quickly climbed the ranks within the closing and operations divisions. His unwavering dedication and exceptional skill set propelled him to the esteemed position of National Closing Manager at The Federal Savings Bank. Leading a team of 75 individuals, Phil’s exceptional leadership and management skills ensured the success of the entire consumer direct division of closing, resulting in record-breaking numbers during his tenure. His commitment to stakeholders and outstanding production earned him numerous accolades, solidifying his reputation as a true industry leader.

In his free time, Phil can often be found on the golf course, honing his skills and enjoying the camaraderie the sport offers. A passionate sports enthusiast, he enthusiastically supports Chicago sports teams and can be found glued to the television during their games. However, his greatest joy lies in spending quality time with his loving wife, son, and their two dogs.
