Born and raised in Northern Indiana’s “The Region,” Phil Iwinski has built an impressive career in the mortgage industry through hard work, dedication, and exceptional leadership. After earning his bachelor’s degree from Ball State University, Phil began his professional journey as a Junior Closer and quickly rose through the ranks in closing and operations.

His commitment to excellence and proven results eventually led him to oversee a national closing division of 75 team members, where his leadership helped drive record-breaking production and operational success. Known for his ability to unite teams, streamline processes, and deliver consistent results, Phil has earned a reputation as a trusted and respected leader in the industry.

Outside of work, Phil is an avid golfer and passionate Chicago sports fan who rarely misses a game. He enjoys spending his free time with his wife, two sons, and their two dogs, embracing every opportunity to create memories with his family.
