Originally from California, he moved to Arizona in 2009 to build a future and pursue new opportunities, carrying with him a strong drive that continues to shape his professional approach today.
Richard has worked in fast-paced, client-facing environments since 2007, where he developed expertise in communication, negotiation, and helping individuals understand their financial options with confidence. His background has strengthened his ability to build trust, solve problems, and guide clients through important financial decisions with clarity and care. Having personally experienced the home buying and refinancing process himself, Richard brings a relatable perspective that allows him to better support clients through each step of the journey.
Outside of work, Richard is a proud father of four with another on the way and has been with his fiancée for over 10 years. He enjoys riding and working on his Harley-Davidson, restoring and appreciating classic cars—including his first car, a 1954 Cadillac—and spending time cruising with his family. He also has a musical background, having performed professionally as a mariachi singer and lead trumpet player, and continues to perform at weddings, birthdays, and private events.
