Sarah Kubicki is a highly experienced and dedicated finance professional with a strong background in the finance industry. With over 15 years of expertise in real estate mortgage banking and financial consulting, Sarah has consistently delivered exceptional results through her career.

After completing her Bachelors in Business Marketing from ASU, Sarah started her mortgage journey in 2009 with a prominent national bank. Ranking top in consumer direct lending and ranking in the top 1% of originations of sales each year.

She has also been in leadership, mentorship programs with up-and-coming mortgage bankers, leading top teams between 2012-2016. An expert with FHA/VA/Conventional guidelines. Specializing in a referral network, ability to coach and guide clients through the mortgage process, and ensuring their short and long term goals. She has earned a reputation for integrity, positivity and unwavering dedication.

Outside of her professional life, Sarah resides in North Phoenix, she has three cavalier king charles spaniels. A travel enthusiast and classically trained violinist. She also is a member of the Scottsdale Philharmonic. She enjoys being active and in downtime will indulge in online gaming and competitive massive multiplayer online games.
