A graduate of the University of Arizona with a Bachelor of Science in Biology, Shoaib entered the mortgage industry in 2020 and quickly rose through the ranks by delivering exceptional results and service. Shoaib is well-versed in all major loan programs and holds specialized expertise in FHA and VA lending. Outside of work, Shoaib is a devoted husband and proud father to his daughters, Lena (7) and Nora (1). His home is filled with energy thanks to three Siamese cats and a playful Goldendoodle puppy. When he’s not helping clients achieve homeownership, he enjoys playing golf, competing in sand volleyball, and reading to continue expanding his knowledge and perspective.
