Skylar McDavid is a Loan Officer dedicated to helping clients navigate the home financing process with confidence and clarity. He earned a bachelor’s degree in Organizational Leadership from Arizona State University and brings a strong foundation in communication, discipline, and teamwork to his role.

Before entering the mortgage industry, Skylar achieved the rank of black belt and served as an instructor in American Kenpo, experiences that helped shape his leadership skills, focus, and commitment to personal growth. Although new to the mortgage industry, he is passionate about learning, building relationships, and providing a positive experience for every client he works with.

Outside of work, Skylar enjoys spending time with friends, biking, camping, and playing with his Shih Tzu puppy.
