With more than 20 years of proven sales leadership and real estate expertise, Travis Vande Hey brings a wealth of experience to his role as a Mortgage Banker. As a partner in a multi-state real estate investment company, he has completed over 50 renovation projects and hundreds of wholesale transactions—providing him with a deep understanding of residential acquisitions, deal structuring, and the home financing process.

Throughout his career, Travis has built and led high-performing teams, managed multi-state operations, and consistently turned underperforming markets into top producers. His approach is rooted in strong relationships, strategic problem-solving, and a results-driven mindset—qualities that help his clients navigate their mortgage journey with clarity and confidence.

Travis resides in Chandler, Arizona, with his two children, Mason and Lillian. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time on the golf course and coaching his son’s Little League baseball team.
