Jacob Welch is an Executive Loan Officer with two years of experience in the mortgage industry, dedicated to helping clients navigate the home financing process with confidence and clarity. Born and raised in Huntington Beach and currently residing in Newport Beach, Jacob brings a strong connection to his community and a commitment to providing personalized guidance for each client.

A 2015 graduate of Mater Dei High School and 2022 graduate of University of California, Davis, Jacob excelled in academics and athletics, receiving numerous Division I football scholarships, which helped shape his discipline, focus, and teamwork skills—qualities he carries into his professional work.

Outside of the office, Jacob enjoys spending time at the beach, hiking, and staying active through workouts. He combines his love of community, dedication, and active lifestyle to bring energy and care to every client interaction.
