Heather Weidman is a Learning and Development Manager with over 30 years of experience in the mortgage and banking industries, including 25 years dedicated specifically to mortgage. She brings a wealth of knowledge in training, leadership, and operational strategy, with a strong focus on developing high-performing teams and driving organizational success.

Throughout her career, Heather has held executive leadership and district management roles, where she led key initiatives that improved performance, streamlined operations, and enhanced team development. She has successfully designed and implemented learning programs, developed training materials, and coached teams on both sales techniques and operational platforms, helping individuals grow into trainers and leaders themselves. Her expertise spans project management, learning and development, operational efficiency, and cross-functional collaboration.

Heather is known for her ability to prioritize strategic initiatives while maintaining a hands-on, supportive approach to team development. She is passionate about creating impactful learning environments that empower individuals and contribute to long-term business success.

Originally from Pennsylvania, Heather relocated to Arizona 15 years ago. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family and is a proud mother of three. She also brings her enthusiasm for sports with her—always cheering on her favorite Philadelphia teams.
