Smitha Raju is a recent graduate of the W. P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University, where she earned her Master of Science in Business Analytics in May 2023. Prior to this, she completed her Bachelor of Engineering in Information Science from Visvesvaraya Technological University in Bangalore, India, in July 2022.
Smitha brings a diverse professional background to the table, with experience spanning the Information Technology and Event Management industries. She is currently transitioning into the mortgage industry, eager to apply her analytical skills and technical expertise to this new field.
Originally from India, Smitha maintains close ties with her family, who continue to reside there. Her sister is starting her own academic journey at ASU as an incoming Bachelor student majoring in Finance, a testament to the family’s commitment to education and professional development. Smitha is also a proud pet parent to two beloved dogs: Tyson, a spirited Shih-tzu, and Prince, a loyal Labrador Retriever.
In her personal life, Smitha enjoys a variety of activities that reflect her vibrant personality. She loves the camaraderie of bowling nights, the excitement of parties, and the thrill of exploring new places. Vlogging her experiences and indulging in shopping are her go-to mood lifters, allowing her to share her adventures and find joy in everyday moments.
