James Wilson attended Bellevue University in Omaha, Nebraska, where he played college baseball and competed in the NAIA College World Series. After graduation, he launched a career in mortgage lending and financial services that has now spanned more than a decade.

While living in Miami, James served as both a loan officer and team leader, specializing in helping buyers secure down payment assistance programs and grants. Over the years, he has guided thousands of clients through the home buying and refinancing process, earning a reputation for his expertise, organization, and client-first approach.

With over 10 years of experience in real estate and mortgage lending, James brings deep knowledge of loan programs, strong problem-solving skills, and a steadfast commitment to customer service. He takes pride in understanding each client’s immediate and long-term goals, then structuring the optimal mortgage solution to help them achieve lasting financial success.

James resides in Miami, Florida with his wife of more than 15 years and their three young children. Active in his church community as both an usher and volunteer, he also values living a healthy and active lifestyle. Most mornings, you’ll find him running on the Key Biscayne bridge or lifting weights at the gym.
