Ryan Singer is an Executive Loan Officer at Independence Home Loans in Scottsdale. A Scottsdale native, he has been helping clients finance homes since 2004 and brings more than two decades of hands-on experience across purchase, refinance, and equity lending.

He works with all major loan programs and has particular expertise in VA loans, guiding veterans, active-duty service members, and military families through the process with clarity and care.
